A Managers
responsibilities include managing the day to day operations of Community Associations to include property inspections, scheduling
of vendors for project proposals or project work, creating budgets,
attending Board meetings, taking of Minutes, and advising the Board
of long term
capital expenditures.

Lisa Anderson,
CAM
Lisa fell in love with and moved to Englewood, Florida in
2000 after many visits here. She was born in Massachusetts and
raised in Southern New Hampshire. Lisa was President and
Founder of Parts Connection, Inc. which she ran for over nine
years selling ATM’s and ATM replacement parts to companies
worldwide. This experience has been an excellent foundation for
her position as Community Association Manager (CAM). She has
been in community management for the past three years. She
holds her Florida CAM license as well as her Florida Real Estate
Sales Agent license.

Penny Hill, CAM
Penny has lived in Charlotte County since 1973. She started as
the Administrative Assistant for Oaks IV Condominium Association
in 2003 and obtained her CAM license in 2005. She brings with
her over 20 years of customer service experience. Penny
believes as a manager, a good working relationship with the
Board of Directors' and owners is very important to be
successful. At Star Hospitality Management, Penny has worked
with various contractors and supervised a number of projects for
Condominium Associations, while keeping in mind the best
interests of our clients from both the cost and quality of
workmanship factors.

Gerry Malouin, CAM
Gerry has Master Degree in Social Work Administration and has
been a CAM since 2002 and a Real Estate Broker since 2006. He
has managed many types of associations from Cooperatives to
Condominiums. He also has expertise in Manufactured Home
Communities. Gerry has overseen the construction and sales
departments for Manufactured Home Communities. Gerry lives with
his spouse Beverly Ann who is also a CAM and a Broker. Sushi and
Truffy their Shitzu puppies complete the family at home (no
grandchildren yet). Beverly and Gerry moved to Florida from MA
in 1995. They have 2 adult children, Matthew works with Merrill
on Wall Street and Laura is a teacher in Atlanta. In his former
life Gerry was CEO for a home for children and family mental
health clinic in West Springfield MA.

Rich Sikorski, CAM
Rich is originally from the Chicago area and has been a Florida
resident for over 25 years. He is also a Licensed Real Estate
Broker. His background is in Law Enforcement and Corporate
Consulting working with many large Corporations across the
County. At Star Management, Rich has worked with various
contractors and supervised many projects for Condominium
Associations, while keeping in mind the best interests of our
clients from both the cost and quality of workmanship factors.
