STAR HOSPITALITY INC. CONDO WATCH CHECKLIST  

1).   Check exterior of unit windows, doors etc.

2).   Turn on water service.

3).   Run all water outlets 30 seconds, both hot and cold,   (or longer if necessary until

       clear).  Faucets; kitchen, bathrooms, showers, and refrigerator door.

4).   Check under sinks for leaks and under refrigerator.  Report any and all repairs.

5).   Flush both commodes to verify functioning properly.

6).   Check air conditioning/humidistat setting at 82/75 degrees and room temperature is at 82 degrees or   

        less.  If room temperature is above 82 degrees, report any and all necessary repairs.

7).    If/when outside temperature falls below 40 degrees, turn heat on lowest setting.

8).    Check refrigerator (if applicable) to confirm operational (both sides).

9).    Check for mildew, clean if necessary.

10).  Check all ceilings thoroughly for leaks.  Including all exterior windows.

11).  Check the lanai door and confirm locked.

12).  Close all vertical blinds, shades, shutters, etc.

13).  Turn off water service.

14).  Turn off all circuit breakers except marked ones.

15).  Check front door operational and locks.

16).  Return all mail to Administrative office for forwarding (if applicable).

17).  Minor Cleaning/Maintenance Items as contracted
